ChartSmartII covers the entire documentation process from basic concepts to the actual charting of informaiton on a patient's record. It contains tutorials, instructional games, practice activities, and evaluation tools. ChartSmartII is installed in the computer labs in Lurleen Wallace Hall on the Jefferson Campus and in the lab in the General Studies Building, Room 103 at the Shelby Campus. The NCLEX-PN and RN exams are computer-adaptive tests that present test questions based on your responses. Depending on your skill level, the exam can range from 85 to 205 questions and can take up to five or six hours to complete.
