Mastering Patient Documentation
ChartSmartII covers the entire documentation process from basic concepts to the actual charting of informaiton on a patient's record. It contains tutorials, instructional games, practice activities, and evaluation tools. ChartSmartII is installed in the computer labs in Lurleen Wallace Hall on the Jefferson Campus and in the lab in the General Studies Building, Room 103 at the Shelby Campus.
